Come join our Guest Servies team as a full-time Bell Person! We are AT&T Hotel and Conference Center located in the heart of UT Campus, Hook 'em!
Individual MUST have AM and PM availability daily, shift typically run from 7AM-3PM and 2-10:30PM
Principle Responsibilities & Position
Purpose:To provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in the transport and storage of guests' luggage to guest room and conference centerAssist with guest packages when neededTo properly “log” all trips with guest luggageResponsible for a clean appearance of uniformsKnowledgeable about all hotel amenitiesTo have pleasant conversations with guests about hotel promotional programsEnsure cleanliness of bell closets and bell cartsAnswer phones in lower lobby when neededWelcomes and assists guests according to PLATINUM SERVICE Standards.Providing an excellent first impression to guestsMaintains a presence in the Front Drive throughout the hours of the shift.Greets all guests courteously, using the guest’s name whenever possible.Assist with the coordination of the arrivals and departures on the front driveDemonstrates PLATINUM SERVICE Standards in all interactions.Remains observant and responds to each guest who passes through entrances.Assists Housekeeping in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the Hotel Lobby and Entry way.Follows Hotel’s telephone etiquette standards.Reports suspicious people, behavior, and vehicles to Loss PreventionEnsures adherence to Code of EthicsThe Benefits working at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center and FLIK/Compass:
