As the Night Audit Supervisor, you will oversee all overnight Front Office operations, lead, train, and coach night audit agents, ensure top quality service, and perform tasks such as financials and day roll.

• Carry out all overnight shift operations of the Front Office department.
• Provide leadership, training, and shift flow management while coaching Night Audit agents.
• Create a proactive and supportive environment for overnight team members.
• Ensure the highest quality of service to guests and empower associates to do the same as ambassadors.
• Perform hands‑on duties such as financials, day roll, training, etc.

• Prior night audit or supervisory experience; experience with the brand hotel or upscale property is a bonus.
• A passion for service with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• The desire to develop and coach associates and create an environment for your team to thrive.
• Ability to creatively problem‑solve and execute against strategy and deliver results.
