The Housekeeping Lead is responsible for elevated duties in our Housekeeping department. This role will be key in supporting with the inspection of guest rooms for arrival, training new housekeeping colleagues, and coaching current colleagues on performance & standards. Additional duties may include but not limited to the cleaning of public areas & guest rooms, removal of linen/terry from departed rooms, maintaining the laundry chute, stocking linen closets, and performing trash removal.

This role requires a minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is agile and will enjoy diversity in their workday - jumping in to support the guest experience wherever needed.

Basic Computer Skills

Opera/Colleague Advantage experience preferred

Minimum of 1 year hotel Experience required

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Ability to lift, push and pull moderate weight - up to 75 lbs
