Set up concessions locations prior to events and verify opening inventory;
Requisition s and stocks all food and beverage products and supplies needed for assigned locations;
Train and coach new and current employees on standard operating procedures in the concessions area;
Provide back-up to any open position to ensure the concession location is fully operational; ensure speed of service and guest satisfaction;
Responsible for assisting guests with their concessions transactions via our Point of Sales system
