The Role

In-Room Dining colleagues are responsible for recording guest food and/or beverage orders, offering menu suggestions, processing forms of payment for goods and services to include room charges and credit card. Our In Room Dining Attendants are a vital point of contact for the guest dining experience and have the ability to ensure satisfaction. Other duties include general in room dining preparation, removal of serving trays from guestroom floors and maintaining a sanitary environment.

• Receives and inputs guest orders.
• Ensure receipt of orders by kitchen are correct.
• Delivers food and beverage orders and collects payments.
• Settles checks in the P.O.S. system according to Hotel specifications.
• Assists in the maintenance of the Room Service area and equipment, including retrieval of all equipment throughout the hotel.
• Handles complaints or challenges with a positive attitude

Both hotels are anchored on the ground floor by our re-imagined cantina-themed restaurant, a 13,000 sq ft. indoor and outdoor oasis as well as The 5th Street Diner + The Royale Room. a street-side concept serving daily fare for locals, residents, and guests alike. This mixed-use project will also feature a residential tower – Sienna – and 10,000 square feet of retail space and a 7,000 sq.

ft. state of the art fitness center and simulator room, appropriately named the “T” Box.
