Breakfast Attendant – Role
Specific Duties and Expectations
- Table Manicure:
Clear and sanitize breakfast room tables after each guest departure and prepare for the next arriving guest. - Consistent Set‑up:
Set the breakfast buffet area each morning according to specified requirements by each hotel or brand directive. - Kitchen Checklist:
Complete kitchen cleaning in accordance with the checklist provided each day upon completion of the breakfast period. - Food Safety:
Follow all food safety measures daily in accordance with local health codes and the approved breakfast standards checklist. - Buffet Management:
Keep the buffet area well‑stocked and clean until the end of the breakfast period.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer‑facing franchise or related field preferred.

Can understand and follow established guidelines and procedures. - Handle Pace and Pressure:
Works well in stressful, high‑pressure situations. - Listening, Conflict Resolution:
