Exciting Opportunity: Guest Attendant at Wood Spring Suites, Braker Lane, TX. Hotel Management & Consulting seeks a professional, problem‑solving front‑desk associate who is the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests.

- Front Office Operations: Manage reservations, renewals, check‑outs, and check‑ins; review and approve front‑office paperwork and reports.
- Guest Services: Meet guest needs, conduct property tours, close sales, and fulfill special requests such as linen exchanges.
- Laundry Duties: Perform washing, drying, folding, and organization of linens and towels; maintain a clean laundry area.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, and sanitize public areas; stock and distribute cleaning supplies across the property.
- Sales & Marketing: Assist with in‑house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest and property security.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; hotel operations preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive in solving problems.
- Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods.
- Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 20 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
