Summary

The Lifestyle Concierge is the first and last impression of the property, serving as a welcoming host and trusted on‑site presence. This role supports guest arrivals and departures, maintains a polished and inviting environment, and assists with light operational and delivery needs. In addition, the Lifestyle Concierge helps ensure the safety and security of the property by monitoring access points, conducting routine rounds of the building and amenity spaces, and promptly addressing and reporting any safety or security concerns.

The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and takes pride in creating a seamless, secure, and elevated guest experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serves as the first point of contact for residents and guests, offering a warm, professional welcome and acting as an ambassador of the property and surrounding neighborhood.
  • Provides porter services including luggage assistance, guest escorting/rooming, package delivery, transportation arrangements, amenity requests and local recommendations.
  • Owns the Lobby, Daydreamer Café, Package Room and Amenity Spaces at all times by proactively monitoring activity and anticipating guest and resident needs.
  • Maintains exceptional presentation of all public spaces by regularly walking amenity areas to fluff pillows, straighten furniture, remove trash and cups, and ensure music, lighting, fireplaces, candles and water stations are set according to brand standards.
  • Supports building touchpoints such as water stations, coffee areas, package rooms, and delivery handling, ensuring all areas remain clean, organized, stocked and show‑ready.
  • Assists the Front Desk team during peak arrival and departure periods and provides operational support wherever needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinates closely with Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management, maintaining open lines of communication via logbooks, email, and meetings to ensure all guest, resident, and operational needs are met.
  • Monitors outdoor pools and terrace areas for weather‑related impacts; secure cushions, close umbrellas and address safety concerns as needed.
  • Assist in securing the property by monitoring access points and common areas.
  • Conduct routine rounds of the building, including corridors, amenity spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
  • Observe, address, and promptly report any safety, security, or maintenance concerns.
  • Ensure a calm, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, residents, and team members.
  • Coordinate with Management and Engineering on any incidents or irregularities.
  • Ensures immediate response and follow‑up to all guest and resident comments or concerns, escalating appropriately to management.
  • Upholds brand standards, service culture, and hospitality expectations while maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.

Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed. Furthermore, employee responsibilities and job descriptions are subject to review and revision.

Working Conditions/Environment
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • The person in this position may have to lift up to fifty (50) pounds on a daily basis; anything over fifty (50) pounds is considered a minimum two (2) person lift.
  • The person having this position may have to sit for one (1) hour, stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
