As a Spa Ambassador, you will host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, ensuring our guests have a rejuvenating and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain Pristine Spaces: Keep guest lockers, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms impeccably clean and sanitized.
• Linen and Toiletry Management: Distribute fresh linens and ensure locker room vanities are stocked with essential toiletries.

• Guest Registration: Welcome guests, handle their registration, and ensure all necessary forms are completed.
• Payment Processing: Process various forms of payment, including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
• Reservations Management: Manage spa reservations, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed.

• Previous spa reception experience in a spa resort or hotel spa is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for wellness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
