This role includes training staff, ensuring event details are executed flawlessly, and maintaining exceptional service standards. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
The position requires flexibility to work varying schedules, including holidays, to meet hotel needs.
