Greet guests upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile and use guest names when possible;
Assist with efficient check-in and check-out and follow up after check-in to ensure guest satisfaction;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel features, rates, and promotions; assist with events as needed;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and public areas; support housekeeping when needed with a positive attitude;
Provide clear, professional communication with guests and team members; handle difficult situations with hospitality and urgency
