As a Concierge, you’re more than a guide, you’re the key to unlocking the ZaZa experience. From securing reservations to recommending hidden gems, you’ll ensure every guest’s stay is not just comfortable, but truly memorable. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things ZaZa and all things local, making every interaction special.
What You’ll DoWelcome guests warmly, introducing yourself and building genuine connections from the very first interaction.
Provide personalized recommendations for dining, nightlife, spa services, and local attractions—always highlighting ZaZa favorites like Group Therapy and Zaspa Assist with reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Anticipate needs, create WOW moments, and turn every request into an opportunity to impress.
Stay knowledgeable about hotel amenities, promotions, VIP preferences, and loyalty programs.
Communicate clearly and professionally, always using guest names to deliver thoughtful, personalized service.
Collaborate with the Front Desk, Valet Team, and other departments to make sure every detail of a guest’s stay is handled with care.
Follow all hotel safety policies and procedures while maintaining a polished, professional appearance.
