Spa Receptionist

What you will do

As the Spa Receptionist, you will welcome guests and handle all inquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered, including pricing. You will schedule treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule, anticipate, customize, and service guests’ needs before being asked, and remain well‑versed in all available menu options.

• One to two years’ experience working in a customer service role preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to be a quick problem solver
• Work authorization in the United States
