Front Desk Supervisor
We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Front Desk Supervisor at Flik Hospitality Group in Austin, TX (1900 University Avenue). The role requires previous hotel front desk experience as a lead or senior agent. Work schedule is Monday through Friday with availability for weekends; hours may vary based on business needs. Compensation is $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities- Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
- Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
- Act as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous hotel front desk experience as a lead or senior agent.
- Ability to work full‑time hours, including weekends.
