Description

The Foothills Club Operations Manager is responsible for managing the F&B Ladies Lounge, 19th Hole, Member Pool operations, and will assist in managing club event operations. The Manager is expected to work with staff to create exceptional member experience and strive to resolve difficult problems that arise with members, guests and associates, while keeping a fun engaging environment.

Responsibilities

Member Experience & Service Excellence

  • Actively engage with members to build relationships and ensure welcoming, personalized, memorable experience.
  • Anticipate member needs and proactively prevent and resolve concerns. Uphold and reinforce club etiquette, service standards, and brand expectations. Support tournaments, events, and peak service periods as needed.

Food and Beverage Operations

  • Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations in the Men’s Locker Room, Women’s Locker Room, Member Cabana Pool.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service standards aligned with club expectations.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menu execution, product quality, and service flow.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for assigned outlets to meet budgeted food and beverage cost targets.
  • Monitor point-of-sale accuracy, cash handling, and compliance with club policies.
  • Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards are followed (Serv Safe, TABC etc.).
  • Manage Club Pool swimming meets and events with efficient food and beverage offerings and execution.

Club Event Operations

  • Club events include special interest group events, club sponsored events, kids & family events, golf tournaments, private catering events.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of all events.
  • Ensure staffing, equipment and ordering are done to BEO specification.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue and member satisfaction on the course.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Women’s Lounge, including staffing, cleanliness, and member service.
  • Oversee daily operations of the 19th Hole Bar and Lounge, including staffing, cleanliness, and beverage compliance and monitoring revenues.
  • Establish and maintain daily cleaning schedules of the bar and F&B lounge facilities, and preventative maintenance reporting for each of the areas.
  • Address member feedback and resolve service or facility concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Elevate guest experience with creativity and innovative F&B activations in the lounges to create that personalized memorable experience.
  • Manage and audit beverage purchasing, inventory and requisition process for 19th Hole.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive management experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or private club operations.
  • Experience overseeing multiple outlets and/or operational departments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, sanitation standards, and alcohol compliance.
  • Proven leadership and team‑building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by club operations.
Other Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period or for an entire shift.
  • Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects of moderate weight without assistance.
  • Working knowledge of the game is strongly preferred.
  • Must have high standards for guest service and maintain a welcoming demeanor.
  • Must be able to operate a golf cart.
  • May be subjected to adverse conditions - rain, wind, sun, extreme heat and cold.
