Main Duties:
The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and guest service throughout the spa, fitness, and thermal facilities. This role supports a seamless luxury spa experience by ensuring all areas are impeccably maintained, amenities are replenished, and guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for at all times.
General Duties:- Consistently provide professional, warm, and engaging service to spa guests, hotel guests, day visitors, and members
- Support the opening and closing of spa and fitness facilities in accordance with daily operating procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all spa, fitness, thermal, pool, and relaxation areas throughout the day
- Service and maintain men’s and women’s locker rooms, ensuring cleanliness, order, and proper stocking of towels, robes, slippers, and amenities
- Conduct frequent walk‑throughs of the spa and fitness facilities to ensure all areas meet luxury brand standards
- Collect used linens from treatment rooms and public areas and prepare them for laundry pickup; restock clean linens in designated areas
- Maintain presentation and order of relaxation lounges, thermal suites, pools, and spa public spaces
- Replenish food, beverage, water, and refreshment stations throughout the spa as required
- Perform scheduled pool and jacuzzi water testing and complete daily pool plant operating tasks as assigned
- Monitor spa equipment and facilities, promptly reporting maintenance or safety issues to Spa Leadership or the Manager on Duty
- Assist therapists, reception, and other spa departments as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure guest comfort by responding promptly and courteously to requests or concerns
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; properly store flammable materials
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards with self and colleagues
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management
- Previous experience in a spa, fitness, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable performing physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying supplies throughout the shift
- Basic knowledge of spa facilities, thermal areas, pools, and hygiene standards preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and early or late shifts
- Professional demeanor with a calm, service‑oriented attitude
