Front Office Supervisor
Job Overview: We are looking for a service-minded Front Office Supervisor to lead and inspire our front desk team. The role involves welcoming guests, mentoring team members, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service and product quality across the hotel.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the front desk to ensure guest satisfaction and product quality.
- Supervise and develop team members, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Loss Prevention) to resolve service requests.
- Develop and prioritize goals and action plans to improve service performance and guest retention.
- Maintain open, collaborative relationships with guests and internal stakeholders.
- Report incidents, accidents, and safety concerns and complete required safety training.
- Schedule staff based on business demands and track time and attendance.
- Identify opportunities to optimize operations, drive innovation, and implement necessary changes.
- A post‑secondary diploma or degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of comparable supervisory experience in a luxury hotel.
- Proficient verbal and written English communication.
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with the brand.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and meet physical demands of the job.
- Flexibility to work a 24‑hour operation, including holidays and weekends.
