This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations:
Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club, set outside of Austin, Texas.

Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to join the Golf Operations Department. The role involves creating a welcoming experience for members and guests while supporting daily golf operations.

• Communicate daily with Assistant Golf Professionals and Outside Services Manager about day’s events and operations.
• Ensure golf cars are cleaned and washed per club procedures.
• Maintain clean towels, including washing, drying, and folding.
• Set up members and guests’ bags for play.
• Put away member and guest bags in proper storage location and in a timely fashion.
• Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Load bags and move carts to cart staging area.
• Clean all players’ golf clubs thoroughly.
• Assist the Practice Range Attendant with set‑up of hitting stations.
• Collect golf balls from the chipping area and range field on the Practice Facility.
• Restock buckets and pick the range when needed.

• Prior experience and proven success in the hospitality or service industry is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays; long hours may be required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest times.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, moving for > 8 hours, and carrying items up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and work in a fast‑paced environment.
