Concierge

Responsibilities

• Provide guests access to city attractions, including transportation, dining, tickets, and personal preferences; maintain an updated database of city highlights and itineraries.
• Arrange tickets for theatre, sporting events, local attractions, transportation, and package pickup/delivery; confirm all reservations.
• Assist guests with PMS questions, arrivals, and departures in HMS; perform front‑office duties and keep work area clean.
• Train new or existing concierges in best practices; conduct daily front‑office rallies and review passes.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and requests, maintaining open communication with leaders and peers.
• Authorize and document all important details to leadership and colleagues; follow company safety, security, and maintenance reporting.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; uphold 1 Hotels vision, mission, and brand pillars.

• Highly organized, proficient at multitasking and problem solving.
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency with technology: computers, iPods, iPads, and HMS.
• Experience with front‑office or concierge roles preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch for extended periods; physical fitness required.
• Flexible to work varying hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with the 1 Hotels brand.
