Spa Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and exuberant Spa Operations Manager to lead our team, provide individual support and direction when necessary, and ensure our spa remains serene and offers world‑class luxury experiences.
Responsibilities- Lead the spa team, providing support and direction as needed.
- Ensure the spa operates smoothly with on‑time appointments and special guest requests.
- Maintain a serene, world‑class spa environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment.
- Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of spa operations.
- Strong leadership and proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
