Thompson Hosts (Front Office Host) are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You’ll be the face of Thompson as a Thompson Host.

Thompson Austin offers 212 luxury guestrooms and suites plus 17 residences, along with a 10,000 square foot wellness center, 3 restaurant and bar concepts, an expansive pool deck, private cabanas, and over 10,000 square feet of flexible and traditional event space.
