We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain cleanliness standards, train and onboard staff, and motivate team members. The role involves inspecting guest rooms and public spaces, coordinating workflow, managing inventory, and reporting maintenance needs.

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
• Coordinate the day’s workflow and distribution of duties
• Inspect guest rooms following highest quality standards
• Hold department employees accountable for the highest quality standards
• Supervise and train staff to ensure that standards of cleanliness are maintained
• Assist with inventory of linen and supplies
• Assist in completion of performance evaluations
• Use judgment and experience to distribute work, assign rooms and duties to staff
• Coordinate activities with Front Desk Supervisor and staff
• Report maintenance needs accordingly
• Ensure employees are using and handling cleaning chemicals safely
• Find coverage for callouts or when house counts increase
• Perform other related duties as requested by management

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar Housekeeping position
• Engaging and caring personality
• Strong time‑management skills
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
• Physical stamina to move, traverse, and maneuver equipment and supplies up to 100 lbs
• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs

USD 20–22 per hour, depending on experience.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
