MAIN DUTIES

  • Maintain proper control and accountability in purchase orders, receive merchandise, kitchen supplies inventory, stationary inventory, and parcel packages record.
  • Adhere consistently to the policies and procedures of the department as outlined in the 1 Hotel Standard Operating Procedures.
GENERAL DUTIES
  • Receive, inspect, and verify all hotel deliveries against purchase orders.
  • Ensure that merchandise specifications, quality, count, and price are as ordered.
  • Maintain adequate control over all goods from receipt to storage or final delivery.
  • Inform the relevant department head of any deficiencies or questionable items.
  • Receive and log all parcel packages arriving at the Hotel.
  • Complete the Daily Receiving Report for non-food items and send to Accounts Payable.
  • Log and deliver guest packages, including overnight packages, to concierge and sign banquet group packages upon receipt by Banquet Set‑Up.
  • Conduct a bi-weekly kitchen paper supply order and weekly office supply order to maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Follow progressive discipline procedures as appropriate and ensure safety and security of employees and property.
  • Demonstrate personal integrity, effective listening skills, self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Inform or update leadership, peers, and subordinates on relevant information promptly.
  • Manage time well and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Embodied the 1 Hotels Vision, Mission, and Compass; deliver on Our Promise, provide Good‑Natured Service, and uphold Brand Pillars.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • At least 1 year of related Finance and Accounting experience in a hotel.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 25 pounds constantly.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
  • Flexible to work varying schedules, including holidays.
