As a Guest Activities Host, you’ll be the go-to person for helping our guests explore all the exciting activities available both on our beautiful property and in the surrounding area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Guests with Activity Planning:
Help guests schedule and book a variety of activities, ensuring they make the most of their stay at the resort. - Provide Local Insights:
Share your knowledge of the property and surrounding area, recommending activities that cater to guests’ interests and preferences. - Communicate Effectively:
Maintain clear and friendly communication with guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about all available options. - Coordinate with Team Members:
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of activities and events, enhancing the overall guest experience. - Handle Guest Inquiries:
Respond to questions and concerns promptly, providing exceptional service that reflects Hyatt’s commitment to hospitality.

Skills:
You should be able to engage with guests confidently and clearly, making their experience enjoyable and informative. - Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment:
You’ll need to manage multiple requests and schedules while maintaining a positive attitude. - Passion for Hospitality: A genuine desire to help guests create memorable experiences is essential.

Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest needs. - Previous
Experience:
While prior experience in a similar role is a plus, a friendly demeanor and eagerness to learn are what truly matter! - Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years of age.
