Job Details

Compensation: Competitive pay. Hourly base $16-$17 + tips $20-$22.

Work Schedule: Overnight 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.

The Guest Service Associate provides exceptional hospitality by managing parking, assisting with luggage, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and greet guests within five feet.
• Use proper phone etiquette and call center practices.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, including operating a manual transmission.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, transportation arrangements, local information, and reservation assistance.
• Explain parking rates, collect claim checks, and handle revenue calculation.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or a nearby state.
• One month related experience or equivalent education/experience combination.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with American currency).
• Understanding of 24‑hour and military time.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job is routine and follows established procedures. Works outdoors subject to extreme weather; may run, walk, climb stairs, stoop, or crawl as required.

Travel up to 5% of work time may be required.
