Overview
Front Office Supervisors lead agents responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role offers opportunity for casual conversation, directly impacting the guest experience. The supervisor may also process payments, respond to inquiries, and handle scheduling, payroll, and interviewing.
ResponsibilitiesSupervisors possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills. They support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. They coach, give direction, and may include training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing.
Qualifications- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
- Previous supervisory experience in a Hotel environment preferred.
- Ability to work flexible and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
