AT&T Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a Reservations Agent on the UT Austin campus. You will answer incoming calls, book group and transient reservations in Opera, and promote hotel services while upselling where appropriate.
Familiarity with the University of Texas campus and the city of Austin is preferred, and prior guest service experience is valued. This position is on-site within UT Austin’s campus environment, offering a hospitality-focused team experience.
