We are currently hiring Bar Apprentices to support our bartending team and help create exceptional guest experiences.

We are seeking motivated hospitality professionals who are eager to learn the craft of bartending while playing a critical role in the daily success of the lounge.

At Sacred Souls, our Bar Apprentices are at the heart of the operation. This role supports both the bartending team and the overall guest experience through preparation, organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Given the intimate nature of the space, every member of the team contributes to the guest experience. While this role primarily focuses on supporting service, successful candidates are comfortable interacting with guests, assisting the team wherever needed, and taking pride in ensuring the lounge operates smoothly and efficiently.

As a Bar Apprentice at Sacred Souls, you are both a steward of the operation and a student of the craft—responsible for maintaining the systems that support great hospitality while learning the fundamentals of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in the details, and are interested in building a long‑term career in hospitality and beverage.

• Support bartenders and leadership in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare garnishes, juices, syrups, batching, and other ingredients according to established standards.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of spirits, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Replenish ice, glassware, and service materials throughout the shift.
• Wash, polish, and organize glassware to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar, storage, and service areas.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to leadership.
• Learn beverage knowledge, cocktail preparation techniques, and hospitality standards from senior team members.
• Support lounge cleanliness and presentation to ensure a polished and welcoming environment.
• Uphold all TABC, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
