We are currently seeking a Lead Housekeeper to join our founding team and help bring this vision to life every single day.

This is not a traditional hotel housekeeping role. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in creating beautiful spaces, understands the importance of details, leads by example, and wants to help shape the culture and standards of a brand-new luxury boutique hospitality concept from the ground up.

As Lead Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience across the property. This role is both hands‑on and leadership-oriented—you will work alongside the housekeeping team daily while also helping support scheduling, inspections, inventory management, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, calm under pressure, adaptable, proactive, kind, and capable of maintaining luxury-level standards in a fast-moving hospitality environment.

This role works closely with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure bohème consistently delivers an elevated and memorable guest experience.

• Lead by example through hands‑on housekeeping and room preparation
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout guest rooms and common areas
• Assist with training and supporting housekeeping team members
• Help oversee room inspections and quality control
• Assist with inventory organization and supply management
• Ensure guest requests are handled quickly, thoughtfully, and professionally
• Adapt to changing operational needs and fluid schedules
• Help create a warm, welcoming, luxury-level guest environment
• Support the broader hospitality team wherever needed

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve calmly and professionally
• Someone who naturally wants to go above and beyond
