Inspired by the city’s bohemian roots and modern sophistication, bohème blends design, hospitality, music, culture, and personalized guest experiences into something truly unique.

We are currently looking for Housekeepers to join our founding team and help us create an environment that feels warm, welcoming, polished, and unforgettable for every guest who walks through our doors.

This is not simply a “cleaning job.” This role is about creating spaces that feel intentional, elevated, and cared for. The ideal candidate takes pride in presentation, notices the little things others miss, and understands that a beautifully prepared room can completely shape a guest’s experience.

As a Housekeeper at bohème, you will help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of guest rooms and public spaces throughout the property while supporting an elevated luxury hospitality experience.

We are looking for individuals who are detail-obsessed, hospitality-minded, adaptable, and able to maintain high standards in a fast-paced boutique hotel environment.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative and culture-driven team while helping shape the standards and experience of a brand-new luxury hospitality concept in Austin.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to luxury boutique hotel standards
• Ensure rooms and public areas are consistently organized, polished, and guest‑ready
• Fold, organize, present, and restock linens and supplies
• Help maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the property
• Support guest requests thoughtfully and professionally when needed
• Assist with room turnovers and make readies efficiently while maintaining quality
• Identify maintenance or operational issues proactively
• Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and operations teams
• Help create an environment that feels welcoming, elevated, and detail‑oriented

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Pride in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces
• Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Team‑oriented and dependable
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
