As a Full‑Time Front Desk Agent, you will be the welcoming face of our Hill Country retreat, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Your exceptional customer service skills will be key in managing guest relations, handling inquiries, and providing a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an inviting atmosphere.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations with precision.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and enhance guest experiences.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
  • Utilize multi‑line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist with guest services by providing information about local attractions, amenities, and hotel services.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all guest needs are met promptly.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service background with a focus on hospitality excellence.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with night audit processes is beneficial for those interested in evening shifts.
  • Proficiency in using multi‑line phone systems and hotel management software is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with guests through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential.
