- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations with precision.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and enhance guest experiences.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Utilize multi‑line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with guest services by providing information about local attractions, amenities, and hotel services.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all guest needs are met promptly.
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk roles is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service background with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is beneficial for those interested in evening shifts.
- Proficiency in using multi‑line phone systems and hotel management software is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with guests through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
