Consistently provide professional, warm, and engaging service to spa guests, hotel guests, day visitors, and members;
Support the opening and closing of spa and fitness facilities;
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all spa, fitness, thermal, pool, and relaxation areas throughout the day;
Service and maintain men's and women's locker rooms, ensuring cleanliness, order, and proper stocking of towels, robes, slippers, and amenities;
Monitor spa equipment and facilities, promptly reporting maintenance or safety issues to Spa Leadership or the Manager on Duty
