Assist bartenders in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service, including arranging bottles, glassware, and bar tools;
Stock and replenish bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies;
Prepare garnishes, such as citrus wedges, olives, and herbs, according to established recipes and standards;
Monitor and manage the supply of ice, ensuring that ice bins are filled and ice machines are functioning properly;
Provide support to bartenders during service, including fetching and carrying items, clearing empty glasses and bottles, and assisting with guest requests
