Food and Beverage Program

Located in downtown Austin, Texas, this 4-star property offers striking views of the big city and includes 600 guest rooms, a rooftop pool, a signature restaurant, and two bars. Austin is home to a large country music scene and is also surrounded by beautiful natural parks and lakes–a fantastic place to experience American culture and the natural beauty of the Southern United States.

• Learn all aspects of food service in an upscale hotel.
• Aid in upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operation.
• Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.
• Advance management skills and supervisory duties.
• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be hospitality or restaurant management undergraduate/graduate students OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date.
• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must have either a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary academic institution and at least 1 year of prior related work experience in the hospitality or restaurant management field acquired outside the United States OR 5+ years of experience in this field.
• Applicants must speak advanced English, have a positive attitude, and have the ability to communicate with clients and hotel associates.
