Dishwasher​/Kitchen Steward Supervisor

White Lodging -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise the Stewarding team on daily activities and ensure cleaning of dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans across Kitchen, Restaurants, Banquets, and Rooms areas;
Plan and assign Stewarding tasks to team members to complete work efficiently under supervision;
Coordinate with Executive Steward, Banquets, culinary, and engineering on event functions and materials needs;
Ensure proper handling, storage, and training on chemicals, PPE, and safety procedures; manage temperature and sanitation logs;
Oversee dishwashing operations, plating support for large events, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
