Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions at the close of each business day as part of the nightly hotel audit;
Run nightly audit reports, record all hotel revenues and statistics, and prepare end-of-night financial summaries;
Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests during overnight hours with front desk duties including check-in and check-out;
Read, analyze, and explain standard hotel reports and guest folios while serving as on-site authority during overnight hours;
Ensure the security and confidentiality of all guest information and hotel data during overnight shifts
