Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during the overnight shift with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Manage hotel reservations using industry-standard property management systems such as Hotel Key
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and account adjustments
• Handle all incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional guest relations to enhance satisfaction
• Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently to ensure safety and security for guests and staff during the night shift
• Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and financial transactions to ensure compliance and accountability

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as Hotel Key or comparable property management software
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and night audit processes
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
