Position Overview:

At Hotel ZaZa, the Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in delivering an elevated and seamless dining experience. This position is responsible for supporting daily operations across outlets while ensuring exceptional service standards that reflect our luxury boutique brand. As a leader and brand ambassador, the Food & Beverage Supervisor fosters a welcoming and dynamic environment, guiding the team to deliver personalized, attentive service while maintaining professionalism and style.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met or exceeded

Supervise, support, and motivate front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Lead by example on the floor, actively engaging with guests and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner

Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily team communication, including pre-shift meetings

Ensure accuracy in order taking, service execution, and cash/transaction handling procedures

Monitor service flow and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain efficiency and quality

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas in accordance with Hotel ZaZa standards

Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and proper storage of products

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members

Execute opening and closing duties, including floor supervision and operational readiness

Uphold grooming, uniform, and Hotel ZaZa service standards at all times

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in Food & Beverage preferred

Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, including food, wine, beer, and spirits

Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Strong attention to detail with a proactive sense of urgency

Professional, polished appearance and demeanor consistent with the ZaZa brand

Ability to stand and move throughout the property for extended periods, occasionally lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds
