We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Stewarding team. As a Stewarding Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces.
- Ensure all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
- Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight (up to 50 lbs.)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
