HostWe are currently seeking a friendly and professional Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Join our team and make a great hourly wage, while being a key part of delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, working with various reservation systems
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with special events or large parties as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with to go orders

- Previous experience in a hospitality role is a plus
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
- Proficient using guest waitlist and other reservation system technologies
- Ability to manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Daytime and weekend availability
