Job SummaryThe Premium Clubs Supervisor is responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations within premium club spaces during sporting events, concerts, and special events. This position leads front-line team members, ensures exceptional guest service, maintains operational standards, and supports the delivery of a first-class hospitality experience. The Premium Clubs Supervisor works closely with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to ensure efficient service, guest satisfaction, and successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations within assigned premium club locations.
- Lead, coach, and support servers, bartenders, food runners, cashiers, and support staff.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality and timely service throughout events.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Assist with staffing assignments, break coverage, and operational readiness.
- Address guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, sanitation, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management.
- Conduct pre-event walkthroughs and ensure club areas are properly stocked and prepared.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including documentation and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with culinary, warehouse, and premium hospitality teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
