Lodge Works is seeking an experienced Banquet Cook to join our team. The role involves preparing, seasoning and cooking banquet menus and events, maintaining sanitation, and working closely with the Banquet chef and Sales staff to service guests and meeting spaces.
You should be a team player with hospitality spirit, able to handle high-volume service, and comply with safety standards. Certification in food handling preferred; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout shifts
