Position Overview

Pins Mechanical Company is a social gathering place that offers a playful alternative to a traditional night out. Whether it's duckpin bowling, pinball or shuffleboard, Pins brings people together through old school entertainment, cold brews, and hand-crafted cocktails.

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Door Attendant to join our door team at Pins Mechanical Co. As a Host, you're responsible for greeting each guest, checking their , and answering any questions they may have. You welcome guests as they arrive, thank them as they leave, and encourage them to come back for another unforgettable night out.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter and thank them as they depart.
• Check for proper identification.
• Support organization and cleanliness of the space.
• Guide guests to their party or special event.
• Make recommendations on menu offerings and activities.
• Act as a Pins brand ambassador.

Skills and Abilities

• Bar/Restaurant Host experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Sense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
