We focus on creating a memorable hospitality experience that makes people feel valued. As a barback, you will support bartenders and contribute to a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

• Work with bartenders to ensure excellent guest service and assist where needed.
• Maintain stock of ice, product, and supplies for the bartenders.
• Follow food sanitation practices.
• Keep the bar area clean by removing dishes, breaking down trays, and completing side work.
• Know all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes to answer guest questions accurately.
• Present a neat and professional appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to stand and move quickly for more than 8 hours, lift over 50 pounds, and work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
