Responsibilities

• Coordinate banquet event details, ensuring rooms, menus, and timelines meet group specifications
• Serve as primary contact for banquet guests, handling inquiries, special requests, and last-minute changes
• Liaise with catering, kitchen, and event operations to ensure seamless service and setup
• Greet and escort group contacts, providing itinerary overviews and on-site support
• Monitor event flow, addressing guest concerns and resolving service issues promptly
• Maintain accurate event documentation, BEO updates, and post-event notes
• Support billing accuracy by verifying charges and communicating adjustments to accounting
• Uphold Marriott brand standards for service, appearance, and guest communication
• Assist with upselling enhancements such as upgraded menus, AV, and décor
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and safety policies during events
