Bag Room Attendant

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking a Bag Room Attendant to join our team for the opening of our new golf course. Our bag room attendant will be responsible for providing service in areas including bag room, cart preparation and cleaning, and practice areas. The bag room attendant is many times the first staff member to come in contact with a member when they arrive at the course.

It is imperative that the attendant provides a high level of member and guest service at all times. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Maintain a clean and organized bag room and cart room at all times.
• Always be available to members. Never leave staging area unattended and do not congregate in cart room.
• Clean and maintain members clubs in orderly fashion.
• Help members with cleaning and stocking their golf carts.
• Coordinate with starter to ensure all members' bags are loaded before they arrive.
• Never allow a member or guest to carry his/her own bag.
• Greet members warmly and provide unbiased service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of practice area. Ensure ample supplies are available to members and guests at all times.
• Communicate with golf professional staff frequently to determine other daily duties.

Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends & holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Some knowledge of Golf is a plus
• High School Diploma
