We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Lead Concierge to join our dedicated team. The right candidate is passionate about hospitality and committed to providing exceptional service. They will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable experience during their stay. This person will uphold Forbes luxury standards of excellence and create elevated experiences for our guests. The Lead Concierge is responsible for delivering enhanced, elevated and curated experiences in Austin, including dining, attractions, and insider knowledge about the city’s history and entertainment events.
This person should also be deeply familiar with the hotel facilities and assist with guiding / escorting to event space, restaurants, restrooms etc. At times this individual may be asked to assist with guest inquiries and answering phones at the front office. This position is part-time and will work Thursday - Saturday.

Qualifications- Minimum of 3-4 years of previous experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar hospitality role.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Refined communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with local attractions, dining, and cultural venues.
- Must be able to make dining, entertainment, and transportation recommendations
- Open availability required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Clefs d’Or is preferred
- Previous experience in a Forbes rated hotel required
