Hospitality Support Team Member

Still Austin Whiskey Co Austin, Texas, United States

About this position About Still Austin Whiskey Co

Still Austin is the first true grain-to-glass distillery to open in Austin since the end of Prohibition and one of the fastest-growing craft whiskey brands in the United States. As we expand into the Still Austin Quarter (SAQ)- a hospitality-forward campus featuring a restaurant, lounge, café, welcome center, and event spaces—every guest interaction plays a role in shaping how our brand is experienced.

Hospitality is not a department at Still Austin; it is who we are.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Hospitality Support Team Member plays an essential role in keeping The Still Austin Quarter clean, organized, efficient, and guest-ready. This hands-on, cross-functional position supports both the guest experience and the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our hospitality business running smoothly.

Team members in this role are cross-trained across multiple support functions and may work as a Busser, Dishwasher, Porter, Restroom Attendant, or general hospitality support team member depending on the needs of the business each shift.

While many responsibilities happen behind the scenes, this role has a direct impact on the quality of every guest’s experience. The Hospitality Support Team Member takes ownership of the entire hospitality environment— not simply one assigned station—and works collaboratively with the broader team to maintain Still Austin’s standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and hospitality.

SUCCESS PROFILE

To be successful in this role, the Hospitality Support Team Member will:

Maintain a consistently clean, polished, organized, and guest-ready environment across all hospitality spaces. Move effectively between bussing, dishwashing, porter, restroom, and general support responsibilities based on business needs. Anticipate what guests and teammates need and take initiative to address cleaning, stocking, resetting, and operational needs. Keep service areas stocked and functioning efficiently so bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and other hospitality team members can focus on delivering a great guest experience.

Demonstrate urgency and attention to detail while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and quality. Take ownership of shared spaces and responsibilities, stepping in wherever support is needed rather than focusing solely on an assigned station. Contribute to a positive, collaborative hospitality environment through reliability, flexibility, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.
