Job Summary
As a Valet Attendant, you will deliver first‑class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Your duties include assisting arriving and departing guests—opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles promptly, and extending a friendly welcome to hotel guests.
ResponsibilitiesYou work outdoors in all weather conditions, parking cars in rain, snow, heat, or cold. The role requires physical activity: lifting up to 50 lb, running, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs in parking garages. You will be personable, comfortable speaking with guests during the valet check‑in process, and providing excellent guest service is required.
Training and AdvancementWe provide paid training, high‑end Forbes Standards training, and continuous on‑the‑job training to enhance your skills. You can advance to supervisor or operations manager through our Crescendo Training Program. Our rapid growth offers numerous opportunities for advancement locally and nationwide.
ScheduleWe begin valets part‑time with the possibility of advancing to full‑time supervisory roles. Schedules are assigned to meet business needs during the busiest times, ensuring higher tips and fewer work hours. Availability for flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays is required. Punctuality and reliability are essential.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a valet parking attendant preferred.
- Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle preferred.
- Proficiency in English, verbal and written.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver's License and 3 years of driving experience.
- Ability to complete and pass pre‑employment background, drug, and MVR screen.
- Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 lb with reasonable accommodation and exhibit full range of motion, including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and crouching.
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally run.
- Ability to run up and down multiple levels of stairs.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
