SXSW is seeking a seasonal Concierge Program Coordinator in Austin, TX to deliver a premium experience for badge holders. You will own the program lifecycle from prep through post-event wrap-up, leading a small on-site team during the Oct–Apr season.
Candidates should have 3+ years in luxury hospitality or high-end events, strong leadership, and exceptional communication. On-site duties include logistics, vendor mgmt, and post-event recaps.
